Bikash is a metallurgical engineer from NIT Durgapur, with 18 years of experience in iron ore sintering and pelletization, operation, design and engineering.
Bikash specializes in the sintering process, controlling stack emissions, pelletizing process, drying and grinding process, and has a wide understanding of plant machinery.
He has worked with Tata Steel Limited since 2010 as head of operation, sinter plant.
